Log the results for workouts you've accomplished

Create a log of all the workouts you've accomplished so far and collect all the reps you did in a warm and secure place. This gives you the possibility to look back later and challenge yourself when repeating a workout at a later date.
You can also compare your performance to the results of your fellow box members that have also accomplished the same workout of the day, aka WoD, no matter what class they took.

Track your PRs over time

This website will support your fitness carreer by providing a simple way to log your personal records (PRs) and results in your daily workouts. You can easily track your personal records in the various movements and see how your performance has improved over time. Additionaly it helps you by estimating your n-rep-max (nRM) value (this means the scaled maximum for n repetions) by using the Brzycki formula. There's also an easy way to scale your 1RM proportionally on top to assist you e.g. in finding the right value for deload week.

History

This website was created as a management tool for the of the original Filthy50 CrossFit outdoor group founded in the woods near the town of Bad Bramstedt. When our trainer resigned, the group was able to organize trainings by itself and continue the regular workouts started with Filthy 50. This website was originally meant to better schedule, plan and organize workouts and for the loosely coupled group. Later on, the focus has changed to offer better tracking of the results and PRs each group member has gained.

The name Filthy49 is a little reminder and a reverence of the original start of the group and the fact that we really miss our trainer who started all the craze. Thank you very much, Sven!
